Or... Whatever That Was

Letting you know this log may be a tad shorter than most of the others. It's been an awfully long day, and there's not much I can say here just yet.

I've been having thoughts related to the theming that might be occurring within my own media in the next... uhhh... some number of years, I guess? I know that there's already so many different themes outside of what I want to do, but it means that, whatever I'm doing, I want it to actually stick. I want to be sure that there is value in what's being sent across, and that the right messages are being brought up.

Take Cark and Parona for example. Though gender as we know it doesn't really exist for them, both characters wouldn't necessarily identify as a boy or girl. But that's not the important part of their character! For Cark it's that soul-crushing feeling of inadequacy and not deserving a place in the storyline; and for Parona it's... I actually don't know yet. Most likely something related to her* mom*.

And even then, those might not be the main themes from the media I introduce them in anyways! But they will be main characters, so their individual themes are important nonetheless.

I will continue to ponder on these things... Though, at some point, it may simply be better to just get on with it.
